On June 30th EC250 joined Historic Ellicott City, Inc. at the Howard County Library System Miller Branch for the presentation of awards in the EC250 Essay Contest. Winning participants received a certificate and cash award in addition to a commemorative EC250 brass logo keepsake and a gift certificate to Ellicott City’s recently opened Crazy Mason Milkshake Bar. Maryland State Delegate Courtney Watson presented the awards as proud family members looked on.
